Lauren Ostry – Doctor of Physical Therapy, PT, DPT, CSCS
Lauren prides herself on achieving a unique plan of care that empowers each patient down their own personal path of rehabilitation. Each patient’s injury and personal needs are addressed through extensive evaluation, patient education and a friendly therapeutic approach. Lauren has a firm belief that education is an integral piece of an effective rehabilitation. “In order to successfully rehabilitate each patient must be educated in their diagnosis and understand how their plan of care will help them achieve their rehabilitation goals.” Lauren accomplishes successful rehabilitation through an efficient and effective blend cutting edge techniques and evidence based practice. Lauren has extensive training in manual therapy, trigger point dry needling, industrial rehabilitation, and strength and conditioning for various musculoskeletal injuries. In addition, Lauren specializes in migraine headaches, vertigo and low back pain. Lauren received both her Doctorate and her BA from Regis University and is still involved with the university through clinical education and various research projects. When Lauren is not in the clinic she enjoys hiking, playing soccer, and running. Above all Lauren loves spending time with her amazing son, loving husband, and her two very precocious puppy dogs.

Matthew McLean –
Doctor of Physical Therapy, PT, DPT
Matthew graduated with his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of North Dakota. He enjoys working with sports injury and rehabilitation as well as correction of dysfunctional movement. Matthew was previously certified with the Titleist Performance Institute for Golf Performance and enjoys working with golfers to improve their game and allow them to play pain-free golf. He utilizes the Selective Functional Movement Assessment to correct dysfunctional and painful movements with all of his clients. He is also certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling and utilizes that technique for pain relief, injury rehabilitation, and to improve soft tissue mobility. Matthew moved to Colorado from North Dakota following graduation and enjoys all the outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer.

David Heck- Physical Therapist Assistant, PTA
David graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelors of science in Marketing and a minor in Psychology in 2002. Shortly thereafter he moved to Colorado. While working for a company recruiting traveling therapists it dawned on him that physical therapy was just the field of work he had been looking for. David enrolled in the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Pima Medical Institute and graduated in the fall of 2013. David works closely with his patients to come up with a unique home exercise program for each patient in order to achieve their goals and maximize function. David also believes in a hands on approach for each patient to help reduce pain and return patients to doing what they enjoy. David has taken many continuing education classes in order to stay on top of all the latest techniques and treatment styles. He also continues to stay in touch with his school Pima Medical institute and enjoys being a clinical instructor for students of the program. In his free time he enjoys hiking, camping, skiing, and attending concerts.
Doctor of Physical Therapy, PT, DPT, OCS
Molly graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science in 1999 from Northern Arizona University. She then completed her Doctorate in physical therapy in 2004 at Loma Linda University in California. After completing her degree Molly completed an Orthopedic Clinical Residency at Kaiser West Los Angeles/ Rancho Physical Therapy in Murrieta, California. She sat for her board certification in 2007 and completed her Cert. VRS in 2017. She specializes in orthopedic conditions and vertigo.
When not at work Molly enjoys hiking, running and baking. She enjoys the outdoors and has completed 12 half marathons.
Chris Ortiz – Certified Pilates Instructor and Wellness Specialist
Chris has been active in the corporate and public realm of the wellness field for over 22 years. Her background includes managing the Wellness Programs at Lockheed Martin and the Denver Federal Center, owning her own personal training service, and assisting in physical therapy clinics. Chris thrives on educating her clients on how and why movement and body awareness can strengthen their “mind, body, spirit, and sport”. Chris’ qualifications include a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin – LaCrosse, STOTT Pilates Certified Reformer Instructor, certified Mat Pilates Instructor, American Council of Exercise certified Personal Trainer, American Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid Instructor, and Weight Management Coach.
