Rachel Trammell

Rachel graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University in Denver. As a former competitive gymnast and gymnastics coach of 10 years, Rachel is particularly interested in treating female athletes among all different sports and ages. However, Rachel also has a passion for optimizing wellness in all populations in order to help others reach their goals and return to the activities that bring them joy. When not at work, you will find Rachel spending time with her husband and family, hiking, traveling, and drinking tea.
